Singer Airlie Scott and her various bands and line-ups play for jazz clubs, swing dance events, vintage and corporate functions, birthdays/weddings, at classy clubs, as well as touring local theatres.
The Hot Jazz Vagabonds A group of vagabond jazz musicians who originally met in London and love playing together! We play a hot jazz sandwich of french chanson, gypsy jazz tunes, early swing, tatin and exciting originals from 20s-40s, led by vocalist Airlie Scott. This band is well suited to jazz gigs, theatre performances, swing dances (lindyhop and balboa), as well as recently becoming known for their popular show, “Paris in a Jazz Age: The Memoirs of Eloise Defleur”.
Full band is a 6 piece including 2 guitars, bass, vocals, cornet and clarinet, also sometimes play as aa quintet with French accordion. Bookable as a duo, trio, quartet or quintet too.See here for more info. Here’s a showreel of the show:

The Oxford Jazz Vagabonds is a new Oxford based vintage trio, (or quartet) playing gypsy jazz, early swing, French chanson, American Songbook, waltzes, latin, and more and formed by musician friend Airlie Scott on vocals, Kevin Armstrong on Guitar and Pete Watson on Accordion. Sometimes joined by Steve Kershaw or Tim Dawes on Double Bass.

Pronto Swing is a vocal-led jazz band with its-heart in 30s-50s swing, jazz, Latin and blues with just a hint of the Continent! With its repertoire of swing, vintage dance classics, bluesy standards and groovy dance feels, this band is also perfect for Lindyhop, swing, and balboa dance events.
Line-up: Vocals, Piano, Double or electric bass, Saxophone / Clarinet and /or Trumpet / Cornet.
